Deadlines & Fees

DEADLINES:

• First Announcement: 1st September 2020 - registration opens
  
• Second Announcement: 1st October 2020
  
• Registration: 15th November 2020
• Abstract submission: 15th December 2020
• Poster submission: 28th February 2021

REGISTRATION FEES:

The participants are expected to pay registration fees of € 250 upon arrival at IIA, Bangalore. It includes:

• Sunday, 14th March- Welcoming reception and conference material
  
• Monday, 15th -Saturday, 20th March- Coffee/tea/lunches/dinners during the meetings
• Wednesday, 17th March- Social activity / Observatory visit/ Afternoon Off
  
• Thursday, 18th March- Meeting Dinner
• Saturday, 20th March- Meeting Send-off
  

It is possible to waive the registration fees for a few participants. Requests for the waiver of the registration fee should be made before the 15th December 2020 deadline via sending an e-mail to the LOC at ifcam20@gmail.com.

Note: No registration fees for online participants

TRAVEL SUPPORT:

Requests for travel support can be sent to ifcam20@gmail.com. The request will be evaluated by the organizing committee. Limited support for travel, accommodation, and waiving of the registration fees will be offered to deserving candidates.
